SGA Praxis LLC – The ABEL model

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The ABEL model, operated by SGA Praxis LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of this application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
The ABEL model is a strategic planning and organizational change management platform designed to support churches, nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and consultants. Features include AI-assisted planning, annual plan management, training modules, and reporting tools.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts for automated use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform
- Interfere with platform security or functionality
- Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation
5. AI-Generated Content
This platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with planning, recommendations, and content generation. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or organizational advice. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and acting on AI-generated content. SGA Praxis LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI outputs.
6. Subscription and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, software, and branding are the property of SGA Praxis LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGA Praxis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
